What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Wholesale MOQ is 50 units per style and colour. For sample packs and singles, there is no minimum — order one piece if you want.

How long does production take?

25 days from receipt of approved purchase order, plus shipping. Rush production may be available on request.

Can I order samples before placing a wholesale order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We sell single garments and sample packs through the Samples section. Every sample is made to order in our own factory within 5 to 9 working days — we hold no stock.

Do you match Pantone colours exactly?

We dye to Pantone TCX standards. Lab dips are available on bulk orders to confirm shade before production.

What is included in the price?

Cut, sew, garment dye, branded labels and folded packing. UK shipping is included. EU and worldwide DDP available.

What payment options do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Pay 100% upfront, or 50% deposit with the balance due before shipping. We accept card, Klarna, Clearpay, and bank transfer for orders above £5,000.

Can I add custom branding — embroidery, prints, woven labels?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Screen print, embroidery, sublimation, woven and printed labels, hangtags, custom packaging — request a quote when you place your order.

What about returns and quality issues?

All orders are QC inspected before shipping. If anything is wrong with a garment we will replace or credit it within 14 days of delivery.
