1. Where we ship
We ship worldwide from our atelier in Porto, Portugal.
2. Timelines
UK delivery in 5 working days, EU in 7 working days, and rest of world in 10 working days once your order leaves production. Samples ship in 3 to 5 working days.
3. Costs
Free UK shipping is included on all orders. EU and worldwide rates are calculated at checkout.
4. Duties & taxes
UK and EU orders are shipped with VAT and duties included. Orders outside the UK and EU may be subject to local import duties payable on delivery.
5. Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships. Tracking is also available in your account Orders section.
6. Delays
Production lead times are estimates. We will keep you informed if anything affects your delivery date.
