1. Agreement
By using this site and placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Orders & acceptance
All orders are an offer to purchase. We accept an order once payment is confirmed and we issue an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Wholesale tiered pricing applies based on quantity. Payment is taken securely at checkout.
4. Samples
Samples may be ordered without a wholesale account. Placing a sample order creates a wholesale account for you so your orders are kept in one place.
5. Production & lead times
Standard production is 14 days from confirmed purchase order. Lead times are estimates and may vary with order volume and customisation.
6. Customisation & print
Artwork you submit through Print Lab must be your own or properly licensed. You are responsible for the accuracy of files, placement and specifications you approve.
7. Returns
Custom and made-to-order goods are non-returnable unless faulty. Faulty goods are handled under your statutory rights.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
